There are mobs which can be tamed and ride. All animals will be spawned naturally around your world. How to tame animals? you have to feed them with gold bone. Recipe you can see below Which mobs we can ride? You can ride ONLY elephants and big cats (leopard, tigers, lions, etc) Elephant you have to tame them and then put saddle.
