If you place a special painting and then destroy the supporting blocks behind it, it will cause the properties of the painting to change
Reproduce steps：
1.Place a painting (Earth, Wind and Water)
2.Remove the blocks that support it
3.Pick up items

| | Those painting items have special NBT to just set the motif; the painting that dropped is the same as removing any painting. A random variant.
These variant-set items are for the creative inventory specifically. That they do not drop from a removed painting is not a bug.
